Our theory is simple: In order to learn it, you’ve got to live it. Why stop with verbs and nouns when you can completely immerse yourself in the culture? We offer complete immersion courses designed to help our students appreciate the language, the customs, the dances, and cuisines of the Costa Rican culture. We have designed our courses so that our students don’t feel as if they are on the outside looking in, but rather a part of the local life from the very first day. |
Why learn Spanish when you can live the culture? That’s exactly what we offer at the Power Language Center…language, culture, and total immersion. But of course, choosing the right school is key when deciding where to study. Our founders bring over 15 years of combined experience to each student to ensure the most well rounded education that can be found anywhere in Costa Rica. We offer courses for teens, adults, and also offer a variety of courses specifically targeted to professionals. But not only do we offer courses in Spanish, we have available courses in German, French, and Italian as well.
Total Immersion At the heart of the Power Language Center is our Total Immersion Program. (See other page for more details). We have several Host Families who work with us and provide accommodation for many of our students. Why stop at just a few hours and Spanish in a classroom environment when you can take what you’ve learned and apply it immediately in a real life setting. Students learn faster, have more fun, and always build strong bonds between themselves and their new-found family.
